Color
Salon Cercone is an exclusive Wella Color Salon. Wella's German-manufactured Koleston Perfect haircolor is color that inspires the imagination. It is perfectly balanced for tonality, vibrancy, and shine.
Highlights
Salon Cercone offers dimensional highlighting with foils in any effect imaginable. We also use the exclusive Magma Color system, which lifts and tones within 15 minutes. This means you could have highlights done on your lunch hour!
Straightening
Salon Cercone offers the original Alterna thermal reconditioning (also known as Japanese straightening) system. Exotic green tea, rare Ho-Shu-Wu, and wild orchid extracts are combined with the technologically advanced utilization of 15 specialized proteins to maintain the strength and integrity of chemically straightened hair.
The process begins with a shampooing and protein treatment. The stylist then applies the straightener, which remains on the hair for a period of time that the stylist determines for each individual, testing periodically. The stylist then shampoos gently and conditions the hair again, and applies another protein treatment. The time-consuming process then begins of painstakingly flat-ironing the hair in tiny sections 1/8-inch thick--about the size of a paper match book--so that every hair is retrained into its new straight position. The stylist then applies a neutralizer, shampoos that out, and flat-irons again--this time a basic flat-ironing job, though. The client should not wash her hair for a couple of days, and take care not to put any bends in it for a week or two that could alter the shape of the hair (like ponytails or tucks behind the ear). After that, the hair will look perfect 24 hours a day, seven days a week, rain or shine or humidity, for at least six months.
